Renault Megane Scenic 1.6 16v RT Auto (2000) Phillips Radio

When I switch radio on in the Winter it will play OK BUT when the weather changes and becomes warm the radio will light up and everything but no sound till the car cools down in the evening. Very frustrating any solutions please thanks
