ecs series 52?

my washing machine has stopped working..it keeps just making a buzzing noise when i turn it on and cuts off after a few minutes....please help

Sorry but time to throw it out and buy a new one. This model is approx. 22 years old and Fisher & Paykel no longer supply parts for it. Sounds like either the display board or the main controller board has packed up.
