Ideal Isar HE24 Pump on with C on display nothing on?

My Boiler is switching on pump without Central Heating or Water called for. This is in addition to normal t cycle, can anyone offer a solution.

or is boiler located in a cold unheated area?

if boiler located in cold area check frost stat & pipe stat settings
