my apad/epad wont let me sing into facebook or watch things on youtube and wont let me download apps someone please help

You may by trying to access facebook and youtube from a local network that is blocking those.
That same blocking may also prevent you from downloading apps.
It's common when using a school or workplace network.

Also, if it's a pad given to you by your schook or workplace, it may have been set to prevent you from doing those actions.
