Hi, I have a renault Megan and the radio constantly says error. We have tried leaving the radio on and disconnected the battery etc but the display still says error, it just won't go, we can't even put any numbers in, also we need the correct code as the ones we have I think are wrong, many thanks for whoever can answer this headache,

Leave it powered-on, undisturbed - it should stop saying "ERROR" after 32 minutes.

Thankyou for your reply but we still have error on the display and have no way of entering the code anyway, tried the Renault forum website you gave us but can't afford the £28 they are asking

try www.renaultforums.co.ok you might get anser there faster , or if you have the manual for that radio, and see if there is a reset button on the back of the radio, i think its just your codes are wrong,
