we have a potterton perfoma 30 he boiler, the central heating works fine, but we cant get any hot water, they are no warning symbols displayed,

does DHW mode light illuminate when DHW tap opened?
if YES we are looking at PCB fault or DHW temperature sensor
if NO we are looking at DHW flow switch on 3 way valve assembly or DHW microswitch
