Transit ´06, 2.4TDCi?

Hi guys!
I´m having troubles with setting the cam.timing chain...
Each answer i´ve got so far is to use a special service tool which i don´t have, ´cause we are still a small garage..just begining...
Thx for any advice....

14mm pin through crank sensor hole into flywheel and three 6mm pins into fuel pump sprocket and the two cam sprockets.Get no.1 cyl roughly 1/2 way up cyl and the pin should go in 50 degrees before TDC leaving clearance for valves when timing the cams, before releasing the tensioner onto the chain slacken the three sprocket securing bolts then tighten all sprocket bolts to 33NM.Give the engine a couple of turns and the pins should re locate into their slots. If you are fitting a new chain then there are three copper coloured links which should line up with the dots on the three sprockets.
