Whirlpool Ultimate 2 LSQ8243HQ0 Problem?

My Ultimate 2 make a clicking sound when it is agitating. Sometimes it is unbalance and starts walking really bad! What parts do I need to replace in the agitator assembly? Its about 10 yrs old? Thanks

I replace the dog ears for the agitator. This took care of the clicking sound. Now I pull the pump off and pull the motor out and there is another coupler attach to it. The black ring seem to be worn. I also remove the c-clip and remove the clutch which has a plastic piece attach to work inside the clutch housing. This had a broken bead on one end of it. I will replace this and the black transmission coupler which is probably the bang sound that I'm getting at the end of the spin cycle.
