I am getting shadows on the screen in the background. I got
the remote and to the converge patterns that they showed.
I lined the x's up and it worked at first. It didn't last long and now I can't get the x's to line up and the picture is out of focus.model #54372-Philips-46" screen.

I'm having the exact same problem with my phillips hdtv. I even tried manually fixing the focus on the projector-lights inside the tv itself with no luck.

However, i did manage to tone down the red (theres 6-RGB turn switches inside which controls the focus/color level) which fixed things alittle but now i'm left with a blueish green tint on the screen.
