My Hotpoint WF860P gives error code F02 ( motor jam)?
The motor and the drum rotate freely. It has three goes to spin, moving the drum one revolution each time and then errors with F02. Hotpoint tell me the module needs replacing (this was done without even touching the machine!), but they don't have any modules in stock! It seems a shame to scrap the machine so was wondering if I buy a module without the eeprom, and install it with the old eeprom, will it work? Or can the module be tested/repaired?
