beko d2731 fw?

Hi,

The dishwasher(Beko D2731 FW) goes through the cycles but the washing tablet doesn't dissolve and there is a substantial amount of dirt left on the dishes after the wash is completed.
What could be done to resolve this? Could you please help?

check the holes in the spray arms aren't blocked.Check if the heater is working.Make sure the spray arms are rotating whilst washing
