fix zanussi 1421w washer?

our washer is not draining/rinsing. we havedrained it, flushed out pipes, cleared the drains & filter & dispenser drawer. rinse & drain cycles not working either? can anyone help please? thanks

remove the filter.find the pump impeller and check if it rotates and hasn't got something jammed in it
