seiko d cell powered wall clock has stopped working?

have installed new battery--no help. assuming the movement has quit, is it feasible to buy and install a new movement? on the rear of the movemennt are 14504 and 2111s

Check the battery 1st, try a second new one, Just in case. New movements are fairly cheap, easy to replace, Most are AA size battery, but should not make any difference, fitting the same. after pulling the hands off, a screw section, once removed the movement will fall out the back. Set the hands to midday when putting back together.
