i think it is the height of bad manners not to at least reply to someone who has attempted to help answer your problem

short circuit
water on electric wiring
burnt wiring
vermin chewing thru wiring
etc etc
i would do a visual check first of boiler wiring
check for obvious signs of short circuits [scorch marks]

does the boiler fuse blow
within a few seconds or a few minutes?
or when DHW on?
or when CH on?
