bdw 13 does not work?

my bdw13 begins to fill with water then stops. It proceeds to make a humming sound, but thats it.
There is no error code showing.
Have you any ideas before I have to buy a new one?

Wash pump motor is not starting. Could be just a faulty start capacitor or motor may be stuck. Call someone out to repair it.
