Logik L25DTAM10 cordless phone flashing BASE 1 and will not work ?

My 1 year old loves taking the phone out of the cradle, pressing buttons and pretending to talk to people. I'm not sure what or how he has done it but both screens are flashing BASE 1 and neither will work!

Its a Logik L25DTAM10 Cordless phone.
