I have a Kenmore Heavy Duty 70 washing machine. I just started a load of laundry, tub filled with water and went through wash cycle. Then, as the rinse cycle was just supposed to begin a loud noise occurred and the tub won't drain. Noise sounds like a motor is running but not engaging? in all cycle positions. Also sounds like water is trying to drain but nothing is happening. What is the problem and fix?
