My Simpson eziset 950 isn't working?

The machine blew a fuse and I replaced only to have it blow again straight away. The power socket seems fine but I can hear water sloshing around under the bowl when I move it. Any suggestions?

Hi my machine washes the clothes but when it comes to the spin cycle it tries to spin but it can't and my clothes are coming out very wet what to do thank you

Sound of water in bowl is normal. There will be some between the inner & outer tubs also some water in top balance ring around top of inner spin bowl which is supposed to be there to balance bowl when on fast spin. To find out what is blowing the fuse you will need a continuity (ohms) test meter and the knowledge to use it to trace the fault & find out what is shorting out. Could be anywhere. Wiring touching bare metal, faulty motor, drain pump, brake solenoid or even the PCB itself. If you don't have the necessary test equipment or fault finding experience then I suggest you call someone out to do it before you damage the control board by blowing the fuse all the time.
