if you can give more detail on problem it is easier to give solution.to see if timing is in you need to remove needle plate and bobbin to see hook and needle closely.basic timing suggest that when needle is approx 4 mm from dead bottom on its way up the needle and hook point should be in a matter where needle eye is just below hook point and hook point on left side of needle.that mean you must turn hand wheel until needle is on upwards motion and hook and needle engage.if timing is out the hook must be loosenend by loosening screws at base and hook turn until hook and needle line up.get back to me if you need more info
