Fridge freezer running not freezing ?

my Fridge freezer is running but the rubber surrounds on the inside doors are very warm ,also its stopped freezing now what is gone wrong and can any thing be done to rectify this its a FRIDGEMASTER MTRF242. LABLE DIRECTIVE94/2/EC. EN153MAY 1990.
