Turning off the child lock on a Bosch Exxcel washer dryer?

Ive followed all the other forums advice about pressing the start button, button nothing seems to happen and the machine just beeps and the key flashes. Any advice?

At the risk of repeating other forums it should cancel if you just press and hold the start button for 5 seconds Hold it longer and it will re lock.
