Recently this Dishwasher has not been cleaning the crockery on the top shelf properly, leaving brown/grey internal staining in the cups/mugs & a grey deposit on the horizontal top shelf runners. We have softened water, the salt container is kept topped up together with rinse aid. The machine is used every other day. Can you help solve the problem please.

Check the spray nozzle holes are not blocked, take the spray arms off and clean them as sometimes you cannot see the "peas and corn" stuck in them until you give them a good shake. Also, check the seal around the water inlet for the top sprayer arm is not damaged or dirty
