After our daily X1/Z1 total our sharp went into a LK mode and will not accept any key press.
Tried the problem solving in the manual to no avail!
It will allow us to do a P2 - 261.x function for the time, but nothing else, not even the P2 - 260.x date function.
There is no access to any switches on the front of the register, just a blank.
Any help would be appreciated

I'm pretty sure that is lock mode isn't it? That means you haven't signed on. If you use clerk keys, slide a key into the clerk slot at the front to sign on. Otherwise try signing on with a PIN number and your clerk button.
