sorry, seems to be a regular feature of this boiler,i have 2 non working ones in a box.
the fault finding section in the manual always seems to say(replace pcb).
THE WORST AND MOST UNRELIABLE BOILER that i have ever used.

You might find that the problem is no more than a diaphragm failure.
There are 2 diaphragms one in the divertor valve(rear) and one in the dhw pressure dif valve(front).
I had a similar problem last year and found it to be the diaphragm.
Simple job and about a fiver for a new one.
Check that both pushrods are engaging the microswitches when calling for water or just the rear one if CH - if not the diaphragm has failed.
Or you might find it will engage initially then drop back due to lack of pressure and this will cause the flame to go out.

Apologies for the rather obvious answer. You could contact Baxi and they should be able to help you I don't have the number here, (I got the number from my gas supplier) but they helped me a month or two back. I would reckon the engineer that diagnosed & replaced the PCB also should have an answer.
