loss of pressure karcher model 411a?

Hi' My Karcher 411a pressuure washer, number taken from below bar code is... 19949720039106. Has lost pressure and water is flooding out of the bottom of plastic casing, I have split the casing and removed the motor/pump but cannot see any kind of relief valve that may have blown, I don't really know what to look for! Any help would be appreciated.
