How to input a vauxhall corsa radio code?

How to input a vauxhall corsa radio code after battery has been changed and the display shows '7 safe' after several attempts? Please! It is 2003 1l, I have been told to leave radio on for hours or overnight to 'clear and reset' but no joy

the code would help me where do we get it from

It should reset after being turned-on, showing "7 SAFE".

Normally 1 hour should be enough to reset from "7 SAFE".

Then the "7 - - - -" should appear allowing you to enter the code.
