How can I fix my 950 eziset 9.5kg Simpson washing machine?

The machine is leaking water from the base of it. Could it be that a hose or something is not connected tightly?

How are we supposed to know. We can't see your machine. Why don't you simply tilt it back against the wall and look underneath and see for yourself where the water is coming from.
