Ativa dx120p stops shredding half way through, then I reverse, then on, repeatedly until complete. Doesn't matter how many sheets. Cleaned, unplugged, lubricated, prayed.... Still the same. New in 2008 from office depot, only use maybe once a month. Any suggestions?
