will not take fabric conditioner from despenser draw, have tried diluting it, also tried aqua plus programme, but still doesn't take it all. Any ideas please?

Will either be blocked syphon tube in soap drawer, there should be a part of the softener chamber you can lift up and clean out tube etc, or it will be mould etc up in the jets in the roof of the soap box, may be able to clean these with a tooth brush if not will need a new soap box lid , remove soap drawer completely to clean soap box lid jets. Cheers
