but leaving them really creased, IMPOSSIBLE TO IRON! practically ruined!!! can you help?

overloading and leaving clothes in for a long time after cycle finishes can cause this.Also make sure machine is connected to cold water feed and not hot.reduced spin speeds may help but leave clothes wetter!
