I keep getting message sky satalite signal not received how can I reset the digi box to receive signal

If its a Grundig it could be a bad power supply. Alternatively it could be that the dish alignment has moved.

had this loads of times with my sky digital. and normally i just unplug it and leave for a couple of minutes,then plug it in and give it chance to reset. then turn it on.
