My washing machine stopped working < on close inspection I found that the brushes in the motor were worn out, I replaced them and found that a circuit had blown on the program module , which I have had repaired , but when I try to start the machine it turns on but the door lock light flashes, any ideas

Steve, flashing door lock indicates that you need a new door lock AND a module repair. Replace door lock - if it still flashes, this will then indicate a module failure as well.
