Not going through cycle, fills with water but pauses.... Put it on a spin nothing.... it drains but doesnt go through cycle it just stops

remove the filter at the bottom right behind the plastic plinth and shine a torch in to the filter housing and check the impeller rotates freely.water will come out.once refitted press and hold start button for 5 sec and let it reset.now select a new program and retry.if the motor doesn't rotate could be a motor brush issue
