I have a 2008 Swift Archway Tywell caravan. We've had it approx 3 months. We have used it 3 times but the cassette toilet flush has stopped working. I have changed the fuse but it still does not work. The manual says there are batteries situated above the cassette. Do these batteries power the flush or just the cassette full warning light and how do i get to them?

Follow these instructions to obtain PDF diagrams for your unit so you can figure out what's wrong. Incidentally I think the batteries (2 X AA) just light the cassette full warning light but your unit has a 12v supply for the flush, hence the E at the end of your model code.
