pendulum not working?

The pendulum on my Daniel Dekota wall clock has stopped.
Although a few years old this is still an attractive wall clock but need to get the pendulum working. I have replaced the battery to no avail.
The magnet on the pendulum is fine and I think the problem is the hidden part which the magnet makes contact.

The only details on the clock are as follows:
Quartz mechanism
Westminster Chime
M1 WH 1853K (details on back of clock)

Any help would be most appreciated. Please advise if a new part is required and costs.

Kind regards

Terry, most of the time when these clocks come into the shop the fastest and cheapest thing to do is replace the movement. I would suggest that you take a picture of the clock movement and e-mail that to one of the clock parts distributers. They will be able to mach it with a new one. Just Google clock parts and it will give you several names.
