I bought Bosch Exxcel freezer six years ago with no troubles at all. Three days ago, it started to make a loud noise coming from the evaporator area / compartment at the top like a noise coming from a faulty fan. I defrosted the freezer and the noise still there. The noise stops when I open the freezer's door. Is there a fan inside the evaporator making this noise or something else?
