Hi - 72630 wont spin fast and when entering system using the two buttons it shows E11 - any ideas

Have tried that, have looked at the brushes - they're fine only a few months old. It fills fine just won't spin properly.

E11 is a filling issue.Have you removed the filter and cleaned it recently?
