Bosch Combi boiler 240 ignites and burn gas - no hot water at all?

I have a Worcester Bosch 240i Combi boiler the electronics seems to work fine.

When open tap it ignites the burner and stays on - NO HOT WATER coming out.
If heating comes on (or you force it on) - no hot water and consequently COLD RADIATORS.

Any help?

Stage 2 of this repair - in the meatinme is freezing! Well partially, we have other means of heating rooms.

I am waiting delivery of the Ignition board and a new electrode (which is needed).

In the meantime I have done my electrical checks and I am in doubt if the problem really is with the Gas Valve, as all the electrical voltages are ok and only found that the MODREG voltage varies (used to) straight away. Then I did do some (main) pcb repairs (2 transistors and a diode) and now this voltage is constant - making me dubious again - if it would still be varying it would have been the valve!
Is it really the Gas Valve fault?

I hope the Ignition pcb will solve the problem, but I doubt it.
