Fisher and Paykel GW712 ?

I have a Fisher and Paykel GW712 washing machine. It fills up fine but on the wash cycle it beeps and the first (orange) light and the 5th (green) light come on. I can empty it by putting it on the spin cycle but when it tries to spin it beeps and the same lights come on again. Would anyone know what this error message means?

Fault code 136 - motor stall. Means controller can't get motor to run. Can be caused by seized bearings. Has it been getting noisy on fast spin. If yes then bearings are seizing up. Check with bowl empty. Inner spin bowl should be easy to turn and quiet. If bowl turns okay then you need to test the motor with a multimeter on ohms. Open panel after turning power off at wall. Locate & remove the wiring plug at top of control box for motor. It has 5 wires. Brown & white wires are for the drain pump. Use the multimeter probes to check between the red & blue wires should get a reading of 32 ohms. Same between blue & yellow. If this is ok & bowl turns freely then you may have a fault in the control board itself but get someone out to double check and instal a new board if needed. No warranty from F&P if you do it yourself.

From left to right - 1st light and the 5th light come on. All the other lights are off.

This has been pointed out so many times before. It is no point telling us what colour light is on. Every light along that top row has it's own numerical value so we need to know exactly which lights are on and which are off and also which way you are counting. From left to right or right to left. Only then can we tell you what the error code is and help you.
