how can i fix my soap dispenser in miele 646 dishwasher?

my soap dispenser in miele dishwasher 646 does not release the door once i start the cycle on. how can i fix it as the dispenser is not broken except the release button.

drop tablet on filter in the base and don't use any program with a prewash cycle.problem solved.other than that the dispenser has to be replaced
