Getting DVD H01 error on my SC-HT743?

I have Panasonic sc-ht743 just bought within last 3 months and DVD door won't open and keeps showing error DVD H01 and shuts off.

Any idea what could be wrong and what I need to do? Thanks

It is me again...I tried pussing and pussing the OPEN button and finaly the DVD changer door was open. I pusshed the turntable mannualy until it turn. After that it is working just
