Resistors in a Samsung SP42W4HPX?

I recently moved my Samsun SP42W4HPX rear projection TV (type JS4A42W4), to a friend's house. It worked fine for a couple of hours, then there was a burning smell & the image went completely out of alignment.
I took the back off and identified that the cover for one of the capacitors (CZ141 - rated at 22uF 50V) had come off & two resistors have burnt out. This is all in the "Blue" control section of the circuit board. The resistors are labelled as RZ142 & RZ143 - they have white-white-black-white banding, on a brown body roughl 10mm long. Based on the banding, I would have rated these as 99Ohm &, assuming they are the same voltage as the capacitor (50V), I would say they need to be rated for ~25W. The only reference I can find to RZ142 & RZ143 states they should be 3.9Ohm 0.5W!

My aim is to replace the capacitor & these resistors, to see if it fixes the problem, before looking at more expensive repair options. So, please can someone help me identify what resistors I should purchase?
