my hoover 7kg washing machine will not do a final spin?

my machine does a spin but not a final spin the clothes are soaking wet also the dispenser drawer is full of water

Not draining properly and water being thrown up into soap box on spin. Check filter and if clear check connection to sink plumbing. Cheers
