POSSIBLE AIR LOCK IN BOILER?

I had a problem with a leak in one rad - turn boiler off - drained all rads - fixed rad with leak - refilled system - boiler came on & after 5 mins switched off (on it's own) - tried re-lighting boiler no luck - could there be an air lock inside boiler or something else!
