Hotpoint WD72 Washer/Dryer ERR 15, not extracting water?

hi all,
my washer mid way stops and say error 15.
i checked the manual and says there may be a blockage.
i have checked the pipe that takes the water out of the machine and its working perfectly fine.
any ideas?

an update!
from the previous posts i decided to open up the washer.
success!
it was a darn sock!
working 100% now.
thanks to this site i have fixed it!

i have just searched.
and found i need to take the back off and there is a black pipe i need to check thats normally blocked.
