After replacing a timer on my kenmore washer it now is agitating but now the cycles aren't in the correct place and so isn't spinning correctly. Could the replacement timer be bad or do I have the dial on incorrectly? I had trouble putting the dial back on. Model # 229220100
sounds like you have fitted the timer knob the wrong way round ,check it again,turn the knob to the off position,if the machine starts up,you have made an error
