aneroid barometer, i unscrewed too far and lost screw?

my pointer wasn't moving so i adjusted the screw. still nothing, so i adjusted the second screw, that was holding the parts in place. Is there a way to get this fixed? is there someone who will do it? its a bey-berk international brass precision aneroid, model WS072.
