Replacing light bulbs inside ceiling fan fixture?

I bought a ceiling fan from Lowe's, on sale, w/o a box or instruction booklet. It was installed, but now the light bulbs are burned out. The lights are inside a globe (fixture), and I can't figure out how to undo what to replace them. I think it's Hunter. The little "nipple" at the bottom of the globe doesn't move.

Most globes hang on 3 screws on the metal part just above the glass, they are only hanging on the screws(you will see when you get it off)hold the globe in one hand and unscrew the screws one at a time bit by bit and the globe should drop out,it may have a rubber band around the neck of it,the end of the screws sit in this band, replace globe and screw the screws back in DONT tighten the screws to much. The glass just Hangs on the screws.Good luck.P.S.turn off the power before changing the bulbs.Rich.
