the1.7 mil laminate is pulling to the right, is this the tention ? if so how do I fix this. I have tryed but I can't seem to get the alllen key into position.

I fix these machines for a living as a private business in the pittsburgh PA area. Currently the cuntry is filled with poor quality film:( The US companies who manufactured film here now import master rolls from china and wind the film on smaller rolls for whoever orders it.

First try different film, if that doesnt help remove the left hand side cover and adjust the drag on the rolls of film. it should be equal top and bottom, and as loose as possible. if you have questions feel free to call me phone help is always free:) 412 366 4906.
