The machine works on all programs except the 3 eco cycles (9,10 & 11), if these are selected the machine does not fill up with water.
I have replaced the control board (with a new one part number C00277187 - verified by hotpoint as being the part for this model) and it has not fixed the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

this may sound daft,but have you checked the water valve?or the water is turned on,?or the fill hose is not kinked?or the pressure system ?
